TENACOVE

From your first photo to a complete rental record

1. Choose your apartment

Open your record and sign in with ChatGPT. Read the Beta storage notice before joining. Search for the apartment name or address and confirm the exact building. The directory is partial, includes student housing and can contain outdated management details. If your home is missing, enter it manually. A listing does not mean the property is being monitored.

2. Pick a room and a specific spot

Choose a stage: move-in, during your lease or move-out. Use the same room and spot labels each time—for example, Kitchen → Countertop. A wide image explains where a close-up belongs. Start with our move-in photo checklist.

3. Add one original photo and a clear note

Take a photo or choose an existing file. Review it before saving. Confirm the observation date and describe what you see, where it is and what is still unknown. “Small chip on the front edge, left of the sink” is easier to understand than “counter damaged.” The date is supplied by you; server receipt time records when a file reached the service. Neither authenticates when you took the photo.

JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and HEIF originals are accepted, up to 12 MB each. Some browsers cannot display HEIC/HEIF previews. Keep a separate copy of every original. There is no video upload in this Beta.

4. Keep changes in the same place

When a repair or other change happens, add another record under the same room and spot. Preserve requests, replies, invoices and work orders separately. Tenacove currently stores photos and notes; it does not import email, send messages, monitor reviews automatically or provide an active reminder service.

5. Compare before moving out

The comparison view groups records of the same spot. When possible, retake the angle you used earlier. If a baseline is missing, record that gap honestly. Later photos can describe later condition; they cannot recreate an earlier state.

6. Download and verify your archive

Under Files, select Download complete archive. The ZIP includes original photos, a readable report, a structured record list and a README. Extract the entire ZIP before opening report.html. Keep the originals directory beside the report. Open several photos to confirm your copy works. Multiple tenancies can also be exported together.

Try it without uploading anything

The sample home uses generated photos and fictional tenancy details. Its records reset when you leave or reload; its export is labeled synthetic. Your real signed-in archive is separate. Read privacy and Beta details before saving your own materials.
