TENACOVE

Tenacove free Beta terms

Last updated: October 18, 2026.

The service

Tenacove is an early, limited, free tool for organizing housing-condition photos and notes you provide. It is not a professional inspection, legal, insurance or dispute-resolution service. There are no active paid plans, payment collection or email alerts. These terms describe the current pilot alongside the privacy and Beta details.

Your materials and responsibility

Upload only materials you have the right to store. Avoid unrelated people, identity documents, account details and access codes. Keep your own originals. You are responsible for confirming apartment details, observation dates, notes and the relevance of records before sharing them. Tenacove does not take ownership of your photos; storage and export are provided to operate your archive.

Records have limits

Dates supplied by a user, server receipt times and file hashes do not verify capture time, image authenticity, the condition of a property or who is responsible. A comparison does not determine whether a charge is lawful. There is no promise that a record will be accepted by a landlord, court or other decision maker.

Access, limits and availability

ChatGPT sign-in is required for real records. The pilot is limited to 25 accounts, 3 tenancies, 100 records and 200 MB per account, with a 12 MB maximum per photo. The service may be interrupted, changed or ended and does not promise permanent storage. Significant changes or closure will be announced on the site. Keep independent backups and periodically verify an export.

Export and deletion

The Beta offers complete ZIP export without a payment step. Deleting a record or all application data is permanent through the app; self-service restoration is unavailable. Provider logs and historical backups follow separate platform retention rules. See privacy for access and data-handling details.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tenacove to upload unlawful content, interfere with other accounts, bypass access controls, misrepresent synthetic images as real evidence, or send abusive material. A sample walkthrough is explicitly synthetic and must not be represented as a real tenancy record.

Questions

For product issues, use the Beta help instructions. These terms are an early-service description and do not replace rights that apply under your local law.
