TENACOVE

A calmer way to remember the condition of home

Why Tenacove exists

A rental can change over months or years. The photos that explain those changes often end up scattered through a camera roll, while dates, repair requests and short notes live somewhere else. Tenacove is being built to make the photo record easier to find and understand.

The product starts with small, repeatable actions: choose the room, name the spot, save the photo and add a factual note. At move-out, the record is already arranged around the same places you photographed before.

Our current focus

Tenacove is an independently developed, small free Beta for US renters, including renters in student apartments. The public guides focus on documentation habits. They do not assume that a particular landlord acted improperly and do not publish reputation scores or allegations based on unverified reviews.

What we can honestly demonstrate

In an authenticated test on October 18, 2026, two generated JPEGs were uploaded through separate browser sessions. Both could be read after refresh, and their exported original bytes matched the uploaded files. That is a narrow product test using synthetic materials—not a customer result, security certification, proof of physical-phone compatibility or evidence of a successful deposit claim.

What we do not promise

A photo archive cannot settle responsibility or guarantee a refund. File hashes check consistency, not truth or capture time. The service is not a law firm, insurer, official inspection provider or landlord representative. Automated public-review monitoring and catch-up email are not active.

A record you can take away

Export is part of the free workflow. Your original files, notes and dates can be downloaded together. Keep a separate backup, read the privacy details, and see how it works before relying on the pilot.
