What is included for $0

The current pilot admits up to 25 accounts. Each account can keep 3 tenancies, 100 records and 200 MB of stored photos. Each record can include one original photo, up to 12 MB, plus a note, room, spot, stage and observation date.

Included features are apartment selection or manual entry, photo and note capture, reading records through the same signed-in account, same-spot comparison, and ZIP export with originals and a readable report. Export does not require a payment card.

What is not available

There are no paid plans or subscriptions to buy. No emails, automated review monitoring, landlord risk scores, AI damage decisions, video upload, PDF generation, legal representation or deposit-refund guarantees are active. The site may explain future ideas, but the available Beta is limited to the workflow above.

If the pilot is full

You can still use the public guides and synthetic sample home. The application will explain when no account places remain. There is no hidden payment step to unlock a place.

Keep an independent copy

This is an early pilot with no permanent-storage promise or self-service recovery. Keep original photos separately and download your archive periodically. Storage and deletion details explain the limits. If a paid service is introduced later, it will need a separate, explicit choice; no current Beta payment information is collected.
