Privacy & Beta details

Tenacove is a small, free pilot for organizing housing-condition records you provide. No payments or emails are active. Review-based alerts require manual review; automated monitoring is not enabled.

What we store

Sites provides sign-in with your ChatGPT account. This application uses your site account identifier to separate records; your email and display name appear in your account. We store your selected or manually entered apartment, unit, tenancy dates, original photos, observation dates and notes, along with server receipt time, file size and SHA-256. Original photos may contain location and other metadata.

Who can access your records

Application endpoints check account ownership. Other tenants cannot retrieve your records through the app. Files are stored using Sites database and object-storage services, without public photo URLs. Service operators and infrastructure providers may access data for maintenance, troubleshooting or valid requests. End-to-end encryption is not provided. Only upload materials you have the right to save. Avoid unrelated people, identity documents, account information and door codes.

Use and limits

This Beta does not send your photos to an AI model and does not connect advertising or third-party behavioral analytics. The hosting platform still handles necessary web requests and runtime logs. User-entered dates, upload times and file hashes do not authenticate capture time. Tenacove does not determine damage, liability or compensation, provide legal representation, or guarantee an outcome.

Videos in public guides

Some public guides embed YouTube videos. When an embedded player loads, your browser connects to YouTube, which may receive your IP address, browser information and the page origin under its own privacy practices. These videos are separate from your private record; Tenacove does not send your private photos or notes to the player.

Export and deletion

Signing out or clearing your browser does not delete cloud records. Under Files, download your tenancy or all tenancies with their original photos and notes. Open a record to delete it; account settings let you delete all Beta data. Deletion clears current database records and stored originals. Hosting-platform logs and historical backups follow the platform's retention rules; this app does not promise immediate erasure of every historical copy. Beta does not offer self-service recovery. Keep your originals and periodic exports separately.

Free pilot limits

Up to 25 accounts, with 3 tenancies, 100 records and 200 MB per account. Each photo can be up to 12 MB. JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and HEIF are supported. Some browsers cannot preview HEIC / HEIF; originals can still be downloaded. The apartment directory is incomplete and some details require verification. A directory listing does not activate monitoring.

Sample walkthrough

The sample home uses fictional tenancy details and generated photos. Its records stay in page memory and reset when you reload or leave. No private files are uploaded and no account changes are made. The sample export is labeled synthetic.

Changes and feedback

This pilot may be interrupted or adjusted and does not promise permanent storage. Significant changes or closure will be announced in the site. Download records regularly. During this invited pilot, report issues through the channel that invited you, including the time and steps. Do not attach private photos to public feedback.
